Burkhalter Law is proud to announce one of our attorneys, Melissa Ewing, has been approved to join the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s (FINRA) arbitrator roster as a Public arbitrator. After completing training, she is now eligible to serve on cases. FINRA is the single largest independent regulatory body for securities firms operating in the United States. FINRA regulates the trading of equities, corporate bonds, securities futures, and options. Its stated mission is “to safeguard the investing public against fraud and bad practices.”
